2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup cream peanut butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3-1/2 - cups flour, sifted
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 package (13 ounces) Snickers Miniatures
Combine butter, peanut butter and sugars using mixer on medium to low speed until light and fluffy.
Slowly add eggs and vanilla until thoroughly combined. Add flour, salt and baking soda.
Cover and chill dough 2 to 3 hours.
Unwrap the Snicker bars. Remove dough from refrigerator and divide into 1 tblsp pieces and flatten with hand.
Place snicker bar in middle and form dough into a ball around each Snickers bar.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool on baking rack or wax paper.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar then drizzle melted hershey bar on top.
Ovens vary. You may need to bake longer than specified.
